My 1:1 Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching Program

As a certified Integrative Nutrition Holistic Health Coach, I have an authentic passion for helping others creative their best, healthiest life. Navigating diet culture while facing societal pressures and focusing your intentions in order to align with your highest self is not easy work – I know this from my own personal health journey.

My purpose as a health coach is to serve as your guide to help you take control of your health and happiness through 1:1 coaching sessions that will provide you with the necessary tools and skills to become the most balanced, healthy you possible.

My program includes:

  • Transforming your relationship with food and exercise, and body image
  • Creating realistic healthy habits
  • Managing stress and anxiety
  • Anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle changes
  • Holistic healing therapies such as meditation and yoga
  • Cultivating a balanced, fulfilling life in your mind, body, and soul

Your program includes:

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month
  • Individual goals and tips
  • Text support between sessions
  • Handouts and other materials
